Our Staff
Five years ago, we set out to build a top-flight staff that could deliver an intensive level of service to cleantech companies and sustainability advocates. That meant finding skilled people who thrive in a hard-charging team environment, but who also wanted to express their values in the mission of our firm. We recruited many of them from the ranks of people who have run an in-house program for a company, nonprofit or elected official.

» Brian Willis Account Associate
Brian came to Tigercomm after completing his bachelor's degree in political science at Middlebury College. A Washington native, he has served as a constituency liaison in the Office of Congressman Bill Delahunt (MA). He has interned with The Healthy DC Foundation on HIV/AIDS prevention and with the public education outreach organization Advocates for Justice and Education.
» Serena Connor Account Associate
Serena came to Tigercomm after graduating from Stanford University with a bachelor's degree in communication. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Serena has gained public relations experience in the clean tech and political sectors through her internship with Tigercomm prior to graduation. Serena also has event management experience, having worked for the Reunions department of the Stanford Alumni Association.
» Ben Delman Account Associate
Ben brings research expertise to the Tigercomm team. Before joining Tigercomm, he worked at a direct mail firm, compiling research for use in several successful independent expenditure mail and Internet campaigns. He also has experience with political fieldwork, having served as an organizer during the 2008 Iowa Caucuses.
