David has overseen the design and construction of sites for environmental and labor organizations, as well as candidate campaigns at various levels of government. In 2006, David served as the Deputy Campaign Manager for the successful Michael Arcuri congressional campaign in upstate New York's battleground 24th District. His responsibilities in the campaign included fundraising, message development, and the integration of the campaign's website and technology into its daily operations. Prior to New York, David spent six years working in New Jersey politics as manager and communications director for several successful mayor and city council campaigns, as well as constituent relations officer in the state's fifth-largest city. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers College and has an extensive networking and operations background.
