Phoebe specializes in content strategy and creation for clean energy companies. She is also part of Tigercomm’s burgeoning community acceptance branch, contributing to research and public affairs efforts to help developers complete more renewables projects that benefit the surrounding community.
Previously, she has worked on a green finance advocacy campaign for Future Coalition; public science communications at NOAA, and co-authored a chapter in a forthcoming Springer Nature book about the creative potential of music in climate communications. Phoebe graduated from Smith College in 2021, where she majored in American Studies, economics, and climate change. When not at work, you can find her embroidering, reading or listening to 80’s new wave.
