Phoebe specializes in content strategy and creation for clean energy companies. She is also part of Tigercomm’s burgeoning community acceptance branch, contributing to research and public affairs efforts to help developers complete more renewables projects that benefit the surrounding community.
Previously, she has worked on a green finance advocacy campaign for Future Coalition, public science communications for NOAA, and co-authored a chapter about the creative potential of music in climate communications for Springer Nature's "Storytelling to Accelerate Climate Solutions." Phoebe is from rural eastern North Carolina, and graduated from Smith College in 2021 with a degree in American Studies, economics, and climate change. When not at work, you can find her embroidering, reading or listening to 80’s music.
